Every kit is packed so the bead trays stay sealed and the panel stays flat in transit, then shipped tracked.

Tracking

A tracking link goes out by email the moment your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived when tracking says it should have, get in touch and we will chase it with you.

What is in the box

The pre-marked canvas panel, beads sorted by colour in a compartment tray, applicator pen, wax pad, hanger and instructions. Nothing else to buy.

If something is missing or damaged

Send us a photo of the kit and the box and we will replace whatever is wrong. You will not be left with an unfinishable kit.
