The short version

If your kit is incomplete, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right.

Missing or damaged parts

Send a photo of the kit and packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will send replacements at no cost to you.

Wrong item

If the wrong design turned up, that is on us. Get in touch and we will fix it.

Changed your mind

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. The kit needs to be unopened with bead trays still sealed, and return shipping is covered by you unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
